  • Cloak Room: The cloak room is located in the basement of the entrance hall. The cloak room is free of charge and open daily from 30 minutes prior to and until 30 minutes after show hours. 
  • ATM: There is an ATM in the main entrance hall, right next to the escalators.
  • Business centre, Prayer room & Mother lounge: All 3 facilities are located in the main entrance hall.

RAI Amsterdam is situated 8 minutes from Amsterdam’s city centre and 15 minutes from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. RAI Amsterdam is easy to reach by both public transport or by car and has ample parking facilities on and outside its site. 



The RAI has its ‘own’ train station, 'RAI Amsterdam', easy to reach from anywhere in The Netherlands. When you leave the station follow the signs for RAI Amsterdam. For further information go to the NS [Dutch railways] website:

Tram, Metro or Bus

Tram 4 takes you from Amsterdam Central Station or the Amsterdam City Centre to the RAI (Europaplein stop).

You can reach the RAI from the Amstel railway station by taking Metro 51 and Bus 65.

Metro 51 also runs to Amsterdam Central Station.

Metro 50 runs regularly between the Amsterdam Sloterdijk and Gein stations and stops at the RAI Amsterdam station as well.


There is a taxi rank located in Europaplein.


If you arrive Amsterdam via the A1 (Amersfoort/Amsterdam), the A2 (Utrecht/Amsterdam) or the A4 (Den Haag [The Hague]/Amsterdam) Motorways, you will immediately see signs for the RAI on the ring you end up on when approaching the city. RAI Amsterdam is situated right next to the ring road (Exit 9). The RAI’s car parks are signposted immediately after leaving the ring road.


RAI Traffic Management provides parking facilities for organisers, exhibitors and visitors during events at RAI Amsterdam:

  • easily accessible thanks to its location next to the A10 highway, by exit 9;
  • covered car park;
  • 4,000 covered parking spaces + 1,000 outside parking spaces;
  • you park your car at a maximum of 200 metres of the entrance of your event;
  • fixed parking rate of 18€ per 24 hours.
