Your e-tickets are your invitation mechanism!

Make sure your entire team receives the e-ticket links so that they can invite their network to join them at your stand during EUW17! 

Guest E-ticket Links      Watch this short video explaining how to use your e-tickets! 

The Guest e-ticket links can be sent to anyone on your network, so they can choose which pass they want to register for:

• Free Visitor Pass: 3-day access to the exhibition, including all the Hub Sessions, the co-located events and the networking moments

• Summit Pass (at a discounted rate):  3-day access to the Summit + exhibition, including all the Hub Sessions, the co-located events and the networking moments

Exhibitors and sponsors can send an unlimited number of invitations!

Tip: use our promotional banners and link them to your Guest e-ticket links to make your invitation look better!

  Your e-ticket link allows you to track who has registered via the link you shared, so you can follow up with them and schedule meetings during the event. 

  • Login to your N200 dashboard via the link sent to you by our team; with this link, you can create your account using your e-mail address and choosing a password – contact us if you haven’t received it
  • Navigate the left tabs on your dashboard – the REGISTRANTS tab informs you about who registered via your Guest e-ticket link.
  • For more (contact) details, click on the ‘Export all’ button on the right bottom corner (note: e-mail addresses will not show if people choose not to share it with exhibitors; but they were invited by you, so you should have their contact details on your database).

  • Invite your clients before your competitor does: avoid that others walk away with the credits.
  • Control your clients schedules beforehand and make sure visiting your booth is high on their list: don't wait until the event and expect leads all to come to you. 
  • The buzz on the exhibition floor, the energy at your stand & the vibe during the drinks, they all contribute to your prospect's decision making process: it will turn leads into deals.
  • Connect to former customers: the gesture of having them there might remind them again of your good cooperation in the past & possibilities for the future.
  • Boost the relationship you have with your present customers: a small investment in your current relationship can result in solid long term business.

  It is essential that you register all your colleagues in advance, via your Staff e-ticket link!

Staff E-ticket Links

The Staff e-ticket links can be sent to anyone in your company, so they can register for their Exhibitor Pass or register for the Summit at a discounted Exhibitor rate:

  • Exhibitor Pass: 3-day access to the exhibition, including Build Up and Breakdown times + all the Hub Sessions, the co-located events and the networking moments
  • Summit Pass (at a discounted rate):  3-day access to the Summit + exhibition, including Build Up and Breakdown times, all the Hub Sessions, the co-located events and the networking moments

Check on your N200 dashboard if your Staff has registered!

  • Login to your N200 dashboard via the link sent to you by our team; with this link, you can create your account using your e-mail address and choosing a password – contact us if you haven’t received it
  • Navigate the left tabs on your dashboard – the PERSONNEL tab informs you about who registered via your Staff e-ticket link.

Register multiple colleagues at once importing an Excel file via your N200 dashboard 

    • Under the PERSONNEL tab you can register your Staff uploading an Excel file in one go!
    • Click on the ‘New’ button on the top left corner and then click on ‘Import Excel’
    • Click on the ‘Download template’ button 
    • Open the ‘personnel_import_template’ file
    • Read the instructions carefully
    • Fill in the ‘StandPersonnel Import Template’ tab
    • Save your file
    • Go back to N200 and click on the ‘Next’ button and then on the ‘Upload Personnel’ button

  According to your country of origin, you may need a VISA to be allowed into The Netherlands to attend European Utility Week 2017. We can help you with your application by giving you an Invitation Letter, after you have registered to attend the event.

VISA REQUIREMENTS: this page will give you the necessary information about requesting a VISA to visit The Netherlands.

  • Visa invitation letter requests are processed immediately following the completion of your registration and are submitted to you via email. You must ensure you provide all the mandatory information before your request will be processed.
  • VISA issuance is beyond our control and we are not liable for costs of processing and/or issuance of VISAs.
  • EUW can mail the original VISA invitation letter via a carrier of your choice, given that the applicant covers all the costs.
