  • How can I upload the company profile to the event website?

We upload / update your company profile to our website as soon as you send us your updated Exhibitor Info Sheet (download here) to exhibitor@synergy-events.com, together with your logo.

  • How do I change my contact details / information available on the event website and event app?

If you want to update any information on your company profile available on www.european-utility-week.com or on the event app, send us your updated Exhibitor Info Sheet (download here) to exhibitor@synergy-events.com.

  • How do I download the event app?

- Go to your App Store and search for 'EUW 2017'
- Download the app for free 
- To login, insert the e-mail address you used to register for the event & click on ‘Forgot Password’ to claim your password the first time you access

  • How do I get my password to access the event app?

To get your password, you can: 

- click on the 'Forgot Password' button in the app and follow the instructions
OR
- click on this link to claim your password: http://euw.symposia.cloud/user/password

  • How do I change my details in the event app?

Attendees and Speakers can change their details themselves, on the ‘My Profile’ tab within the app. 

If you’re an Exhibitor, Sponsor or Partner, send us an e-mail to exhibitor@synergy-events.com informing us of what needs to be changed. 

  • The app is available for which operating systems?

The app is available for mobile phones working with iOS and Android operating systems. 

If your phone works with a different operating system, you can access part of the information available in the mobile app on the desktop version (including the attendees list): http://euw.symposia.cloud/

  • Do I have access to the Attendees list in the mobile app?

Yes, the attendees list is accessible in the event app and you can search who you want to find by Name, Job Title or Company name. 

Have you found who you’re looking for? Then send them an in-app message or send them a Connection request (so you can set up meeting with them via the app, on the ‘My Agenda’ tab)

  • How can I connect with other attendees in the event app?

If you find someone who you want to connect with in the Attendees list, you can: 

- send them an in-app message 

- send them a Connection request 

- send meeting requests to your Connections from the ‘My Agenda’ tab

  • Can I create my personal Agenda in the app?

Yes, you can browse the Programme sessions and add any of them to your personal agenda – just click the ‘Add to My Agenda’ button inside each session record.

You can check all your saved sessions in the ‘My Agenda’ tab. 

  • How can I find my way on the Exhibition Floor within the app?

From mid-September on, an interactive floor plan will be available in the app, with detailed information regarding where all exhibitors, Theatres, Hubs & Zones and other areas are located, to help you navigate the exhibition floor. 

 

  • I am interested in extra Branding options, where can I find more information about it?

  • Where can I find the event logo?

You can download the logo here.

  • How can I promote the event among my network? 

We provide you with different tools and tips to help you promote the event to your network in an easy and effective way! Check our Marketing Tools page for more information.

  • When will the event app be available for download? 

The European Utility Week 2017 app is already available for download. Check out this page for more information on the Event App. 

  • Where can I find the media/ press list? 

As a Sponsor you have the opportunity to gain access to the press list of attending media to European Utility Week. Unfortunately we cannot release the press lists, but what we can do is share a list of confirmed press registered to attend the event – without contact details. That will anyway give you an idea as to which magazines/ news outlets will be represented at the event in October. 

Our press registrations usually start coming in a couple of weeks before the event and should you require an update please e-mail us

  • What is the difference between a Visitor Pass and a Summit Pass?   

A Visitor Pass is free and gives you access to the Exhibition Floor, the Hub Sessions, the co-located events and the Networking Receptions. The Visitor Pass is valid for all 3 days of the event.

A Summit pass also grants you access to the exclusive Summit area, where you will be able to attend the Summit programme, networking sessions and have access to the Premium Lounge, including lunch and refreshments. A Summit pass is valid for all 3 days of the event and different rates are applicable, depending on the date you register and your company type.

Have you used your e-ticket links to invite your clients to register to their Visitor or Summit Pass? Check this page for more information.

  • What is the difference between a Free Visitor Pass and an Exhibitor Pass?

A Visitor Pass is free and gives you access to the Exhibition Floor, the Hub Sessions, the co-located events and the Networking Receptions. The Visitor Pass is valid for all 3 days of the event.

The Exhibitor Pass, also free, grants you access to the same features and events as a Visitor Pass, and your badge will mention you are an 'Exhibitor'.

  • Are there group discounts to the Summit Pass?

Yes. If you want to register a group of people to attend the Summit, there are different registration rates applying to Utilities/ Cities/ Governments/ Non-Profit and Vendors.

As an exhibitor, you also have a special rate to register to your Summit pass. Click here for more information about your e-tickets links.

  • What are the co-located events?

Different events will be co-locating with EUW17 in Amsterdam, with a dedicated Exhibition Floor and Programme covering four of the most relevant topics in the industry:

  • Energy Efficiency - Intelligent Buildings Europe

  • Do I have to pay to access the co-located events?

Access to all co-located events is free of charge and included in a Visitor Pass.

The only exception is the EMART Energy Conference Programme: to access this Conference you need to register at the applicable rate. Contact our team to know more about the EMART Energy Conference Programme and registration fees: david@synergy-events.com or +31 346 290 819.

  • Do exhibitors need to register to the event?

Yes, all exhibitors need to register to the event, using their customised e-ticket links.

  • How can I get my customised e-ticket links to invite customers and register for exhibitor passes?

Your e-ticket links have been / will be sent to you after you signed your Exhibitor contract, to the contact person you provided to our Sales team. If you have not received your e-ticket links, please contact us at exhibitor@synergy-events.com

  • How can I register for exhibitor passes?

You can register via your customised Staff e-ticket link. You can register for an individual pass or register multiple colleagues at a time. Click here to know more about registering for exhibitor passes.

  • Can I register customers I want to invite to the event?

No, it is not possible for you to register your customers. You need to invite them and send them your customised Guest e-ticket link, so they can register themselves. You will then be able to see on your company dashboard who has registered via your e-ticket link – click here for more information

  • How can I invite customers to the event? 

You can send them your customised Guest e-ticket link, so they can register themselves. You will then be able to see on your company dashboard who has registered via your e-ticket link – click here for more information.

  • Can I check who has registered via my customised e-ticket links?

Yes, you can access your dashboard and check at any time who has registered via your customised links. Check this page for more information.

  • How do I get my exhibitor pass to access European Utility Week?

One week prior to the event, everyone who has registered, including exhibitors and visitors, will receive an e-mail with a bar code voucher that they can change for their exhibitor / visitor passes to access the venue.

To access build-up and breakdown times, you need to register for a special access pass on the RAI Exhibitor service website.

  • Can I get a VISA invitation letter from the organiser?

Yes, we can provide you with a VISA invitation letter. Click here for more information.

  • How do I get to the RAI Amsterdam?

  • Can I book my flight and hotel at discounted rates?  

Yes, EUW17 works with dedicated agents that provide special discounts and rates for hotel bookings around the venue and flight reservations to Amsterdam.
